Who we are
RandoArtissimo ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based small business making 3D-printed collectibles, laser-engraved gifts, and custom prints, run by Lawrence Barratt and a business partner as a 50/50 partnership. Our products are sold via our website (randoartissimo.com) and our Etsy shop (RandoArtissimoDesign).

What information we collect
Newsletter sign-up. If you submit your email address via the "Notify Me" form on our website, we collect your email address. This is submitted via a third-party form service (Web3Forms) and used solely to send you updates about new products and drops. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Website analytics. Our website uses performance monitoring (Dynatrace Real User Monitoring) to understand how the site performs for visitors — page load times, errors, and general usage patterns. This does not collect names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information as part of normal browsing; it is used only to help us keep the site fast and working correctly.
Purchases. We do not process payments or store payment or shipping information on this website. All purchases are completed through Etsy, covered by Etsy's own Privacy Policy.

This site does not use marketing or advertising cookies. The only cookies or similar technologies in use are:
- Web3Forms — used solely to process the newsletter sign-up form submission.
